Jin Mei is a Wealth Manager with Rutledge Financial Partners, and a registered representative with LPL Financial.
Originally from China, Jin graduated in 2005 from Berea College in Berea, Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration. He has two decades of experience on Wall Street. He started his career at Bloomberg where he managed Bloomberg’s business and relationships with clients including Merrill Lynch, Blackrock, Fidelity and State Steet. In 2011, Jin relocated to China where he continued managing Bloomberg’s business with the largest mutual funds, insurance companies and private equity firms in Mainland China and Hong Kong. In 2015, Jin joined Natixis Investment Managers as China Chief Representative, managing relationships with institutional clients including the foreign reserve, sovereign wealth fund and national pension. In 2019, Jin joined Franklin Templeton as General Manager for China. And from 2021 to 2023, Jin managed Robeco’s China business.
After the COVID pandemic, Jin and his family decided to move back to the U.S. and they chose Charlotte, NC as a wonderful place to raise their young daughter, Sophia. Jin has also decided to continue extending his finance career within wealth management and financial advisory. At Rutledge Financial Partners, Jin is passionate about leveraging his extensive experience in the financial industry to help clients achieve their financial goals and dreams.
Jin and his family reside in Ballantyne in south Charlotte. He enjoys spending time with his family, including their adopted dog, Honey. He also enjoys golf, tennis and outdoor activities.
